This 10-hour Meditation Training is designed to help you build a sustainable, meaningful meditation practice rooted in clarity, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness.

Rather than approaching meditation as rigid discipline, this training meets you where you are — offering practical tools, guided practice, and a deeper understanding of how meditation supports the body, mind, and emotional landscape.

This training is structured as a 6-week commitment, intentionally broken down into smaller learning capsules to support better integration and absorption. Each session builds upon the last, allowing you time between meetings to practice, reflect, and return with deeper awareness. This pacing helps prevent overwhelm and encourages steady, lasting growth.

Over the course of this immersive journey, you’ll explore foundational techniques, work skillfully with common obstacles, and learn how to design a meditation practice that fits into your real life.

This training blends experiential practice with discussion, reflection, and practical application. You won’t just learn about meditation — you’ll practice it.

By the end of the six weeks, you’ll feel more confident, steady, and equipped to continue your journey with clarity and consistency.

Your Meditation Trainer

Marc Fusco

Marc’s yoga journey began in 2014 when he was first drawn to dharma and the profound focus it inspires. From the very beginning, meditation became the foundation of his personal practice — a steady anchor that shaped not only how he approached yoga, but how he moved through life. Through stillness, breath, and self-inquiry, Marc discovered the transformative power of presence.

Over the years, he has embraced mindfulness and the power of the breath as integral components of his teaching and daily life. In 2022, Marc deepened his personal exploration by earning a pranayama certification under Asha Rao. After the birth of his first child, he further expanded his knowledge through a 200-hour training at Sol Spirit — a transformative experience that reaffirmed his connection to yoga and the contemplative path.

With 17 years of experience as a high school social studies teacher, including being named Union City High School’s 2023 Teacher of the Year, Marc brings warmth, clarity, and intention into every space he holds. His international teaching experiences in Brazil and Ghana, along with his interests in photography, martial arts, and nurturing meaningful relationships, have shaped his expansive yet grounded worldview.

Marc’s approach to yoga is deeply rooted in meditation — cultivating awareness, steady attention, and compassionate presence both on and off the mat. He believes that the true practice begins in stillness and extends into how we live, connect, and serve.
