Sue invites her students to practice authentically and playfully, by connecting with and honoring their inner guidance and strength, while exploring and stretching their beliefs in themselves and their practice, physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Sueโs classes typically include pranayama, asana and accessible meditation, where students report feeling grounded, light, seen, connected, confident and inspired. Her compassionate yoga style stems from practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years and leaning on its principles and philosophy as well as studying and certifying in other healing modalities which were pivotal to survive and thrive the births, transformations and deaths of relationships, family (including dogs, bunny and cats), careers, identity, health, and everything in between.
