200-HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Get ready to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and yoga mastery. Over the course of 10 weekends plus Monday evening Zoom sessions, you’ll receive a well-rounded education in the art and science of yoga.

Our thoughtfully paced schedule includes breaks between training weekends, giving you time to rest, integrate what you’ve learned, and maintain balance in your daily life. It’s also perfect for busy individuals who work, allowing you to fully commit to your growth without putting the rest of your life on hold.

You’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to step into your role as a certified yoga teacherβ€”ready to guide, uplift, and inspire others.
