200-HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Get ready to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and yoga mastery. Over the course of 10 weekends plus Monday evening Zoom sessions, you’ll receive a well-rounded education in the art and science of yoga.

Our thoughtfully paced schedule includes breaks between training weekends, giving you time to rest, integrate what you’ve learned, and maintain balance in your daily life. It’s also perfect for busy individuals who work, allowing you to fully commit to your growth without putting the rest of your life on hold.

You’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to step into your role as a certified yoga teacher—ready to guide, uplift, and inspire others.

Bonus: All trainees receive complimentary unlimited yoga classes at Sol Spirit Yoga & Wellness throughout the duration of the training—because your personal practice is the foundation of your teaching.

Sol Spirit Yoga Assistantship Scholarship

The Sol Spirit Yoga Assistantship Scholarship offers two (2) dedicated student the opportunity to receive discounted tuition of $1,950 for our upcoming yoga teacher training.

In exchange, the recipient will assist lead trainers throughout the program, supporting with setup, organization, and student experience. This is a chance to step into service, deepen your practice, and be an integral part of our training team.

We’re looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic, and community-oriented — someone who shows up with heart and a willingness to grow.
