Policies & Class Etiquette
We are so grateful youβve chosen to practice with us at Sol Spirit Yoga & Wellness. Your presence truly means the world to our community, and weβre honored to share this space with you.
To help maintain a peaceful, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone, please review our policies and guidelines below.
Cancellation Policy
If youβre unable to attend a class, please cancel at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your account and $15 late fee.
Waitlisted students may cancel at any time without penalty. Once you are moved off the waitlist and added into class, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
This policy allows students on the waitlist the opportunity to join and helps us keep classes accessible for our community.
Policy Update (Effective 4/19/26)
As our community continues to grow and we expand our class and workshop offerings, we are updating our cancellation window to better support access for all.
Beginning April 19th, 2026, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
This update helps ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to plan ahead and attend classes.
Arrival & Punctuality
We ask that you arrive on time to preserve the flow and integrity of each class. Late entry may be disruptive and may not be permitted once class has begun. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in, ground yourself, and fully enjoy your practice.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and weβre here to support you. If something comes up that impacts your ability to attend or cancel within the window, please feel free to reach out. While we aim to honor our policies consistently for the benefit of the whole community, weβre always happy to approach each situation with care and understanding.
We truly appreciate your cooperation. It helps us maintain a fair, accessible, and welcoming space for all.
