Nathalie has been practicing yoga for over a decade, developing a deep connection to the transformative power of mindful movement and breath. Certified as a yoga teacher in 2022, she combines her passion for yoga with her expertise as a life coach to offer a holistic approach to well-being.

Before becoming a life coach, Nathalie worked in a creative role within the corporate world, where her passion for mindfulness began to flourish. She introduced mindfulness meditation to her colleagues, creating a space for emotional awareness and equipping others with tools to manage stress and navigate the demands of the workplace.

In her yoga classes, Nathalie emphasizes mindfulness in the asana practice, creating a calming, intentional space where students can connect with their bodies and minds. Her practice is designed to cultivate self-awareness, balance, and inner peace, encouraging students to be present both on and off the mat.

With a background in life coaching, Nathalie brings a unique perspective to her yoga practice, guiding students to not only improve their physical strength but also develop mental clarity, resilience, and mindfulness in everyday life. Her approach is accessible, supportive, and focused on nurturing the whole self.
