Meghan has been a student of yoga for more than 15 years and is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. While she loves Asanas and being physically present on the mat, for her, yoga is all about authenticity and vulnerability. Meghan's classes include an energetic Vinyasa Flow (core, balance, mobility) infused with mindfulness, alignment, and connectivity. She loves sharing yoga with others and bringing people together regardless of what yoga means to each individual. When she's not in the studio, Meghan loves spending time with her daughter Emily, traveling, the beach, taking any fitness-related class, and being with friends.
