Liz is an E-RYT with many years of teaching experience and nearly a decade of dedicated personal yoga practice. Influenced by life’s challenges and transitions, she became passionate about holistic healing modalities as a way to navigate anxiety, depression, and personal transformation. Her work is rooted in the belief that mindful movement, breath, and stillness can reconnect individuals to their inner compass, cultivating clarity, empowerment, and peace.

As the founder of Sol Spirit Yoga & Wellness, Liz has spent the last five years building a community-centered studio grounded in authenticity, inclusivity, and healing. Over the past three years, she has also led Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training programs, mentoring and graduating many students who have gone on to become yoga teachers themselves.

Known for creating intentional and welcoming spaces, Liz teaches everything from dynamic Vinyasa flows with soulful playlists to deeply restorative Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Sound Bath experiences. Her approach blends movement, mindfulness, and energy work to support healing on both physical and emotional levels.

In addition to being a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator, Liz enjoys working one-on-one with clients to support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, self-discovery, and overall well-being. Through her teaching, she hopes to inspire others to move through life with greater presence, compassion, resilience, and connection to self.
