Abigail combines nearly a decade of experience in the Alexander Technique with a 500-hour RYT certification to create classes that are intentional, athletic, and intelligently designed. Rooted in breath and body awareness, her teaching helps students move with greater strength, efficiency, and ease. With a background in music and theatre, she brings strong presence, emotional depth, and resilience to every class. Expect dynamic flows that challenge you physically and mentally while helping you build confidence, precision, and connection to your body. In addition to yoga, Abigail is a certified sculpt and pilates instructor and is currently completing her NASM-sponsored nutrition certification to further support sustainable strength and performance.
