      <image:caption>Sarah Marsh Teacher Sarah discovered her passion for yoga during a very stressful year working in the film industry in Los Angeles. After a few weeks of intense classes, she knew yoga was her calling, and she happily left the entertainment industry. Sarah has been teaching yoga at this point for over three decades, and could not love it more. Inspired by her mentors Rodney Yee, Bikram Choudhury, Baron Baptiste, Richard Freeman, John Friend, and Deb Flashenberg, her teaching emphasizes safe practice, meticulous alignment, modifications, playful sequences, fun playlists, and the wisdom of the Sutras. Sarah specializes in Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, as well as yoga for injuries and athletes. In 1997, she opened and ran Yoga Connection TriBeCa, during which time she had the honor of training the NY Football Giants for pre-season, The Junior Olympic U.S. Skate Team, and the cast of Les Miserables. Sarah's corporate clients include Sony Music, Kenneth Cole, and JP Morgan Chase among others, For the last twenty years, she has run both Vinyasa and Pre/postnatal Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainings, and has graduated over 600 teachers into the yoga world. Sarah’s passion for yoga drives her to continue to teach every day, and she hopes now to practice and teach yoga for another three decades.</image:caption>

Trained under the guidance of Stacy Bell &amp; Carrie Parker at PowerFlow Yoga, Liz received her 200 hr Teacher Training &amp; 35 hr Yin Yoga Certifications. While she loves to teach a fiery Vinyasa Flow with some good tunes to vibe with, her favorite style of teaching is a slow &amp; thoughtful Yin Class and Sound Bath Meditation to relax the body and mind. As a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Ayurvedic Nutritionist, Liz also aims to share the knowledge of what she has found to be a magical way to connect to your internal compass for guidance and peace.       <image:caption>Gabrielle Siani Teacher Gabrielle is a Jersey native originally from Cranford. It was at her home studio, Alluem Yoga, where she discovered her love for yoga in 2008. In 2015, Gabrielle moved to Boston to go to school at Emerson College, where she studied theater and education. While in school, Gabrielle found Yogaworks Back Bay, where she took classes and eventually worked at the front desk. She decided to sign up for the 200-hour teacher training program, studying with teachers Caitlyn Visconte and Renee LeBlanc, graduating in December 2016. She moved back to New Jersey in June 2023 and has been teaching yoga throughout the Hudson/Bergen County area. Gabrielle completed her 30-hour Restorative Training with Yoga Renew and also became a certified health coach through the IIN. When you come to Gabrielle’s, you can expect creative sequencing, a killer playlist, a good dose of challenge, and a fun time. Autumn also offers Chakra and Power Yoga/Core workshops and co-leads and guest teaches for yoga teacher trainings seasonally. She is also the co-founder of Transcendent Yoga Collective and leads international yoga retreats bi-annually and most recently hosted her first Chakra &amp; Reiki Level 1 TT in Feb. '26 As a whole, Autumn believes that movement heals the mind, the body, and the soul.  Her personal philosophy is to “take care of what is sacred to us mentally, physically, and spiritually, freeing ourselves to live and be our most honest and authentic selves.”</image:caption>

This experience became an unexpected teacher, drawing her to yin and restorative yoga styles. The slow, intentional nature taught her how to listen: to the body, the breath, and the quiet signals of the mind. That spirit of deep listening is at the heart of her practice. Her classes are a playfully cosmic charcuterie board of sound, breath, and movement recipes that reference ancient Yogic texts and soma. First introduced to mindfulness and Yoga philosophy during childhood illness &amp; trauma, she began a search for ways that kept the inner child safe, in awe, alive, and liberated from the confines of the human mind. After studying Media Culture, Art History + Journalism at university she went on to Hospitality and Non-Profit work, bringing a multilayered approach to teaching, and creating a deeply connective, collaborative, and authentically cinematic experience. She has studied with many influential teachers from different lineages since 2017 and is committed to inclusivity and accessibility as mutually dependent pathways - in the classroom and beyond. Chelsey is a court jester and jack-of-all trades. She leads various trainings, retreats + 1:1 therapeutic practice online and around the world. I read the room. My classes are spirited and versatile, ranging from structured + functional to cathartic + challenging. I am inspired by nature, history, and the body’s natural intelligence + ability to heal itself… curated sound and vibration will be utilized to tell a story that shifts us out of the critically thinking headspace. We focus on self-study and nervous system regulation by blending fluid and dynamic sequencing, alignment, meditation, mantra, nourishing restorative poses, and breath. My goal as a teacher is to honor yoga as personal, political, magical, and medicinal.</image:caption>
